REACH clients can receive individualized or family counseling services conducted by a licensed therapist. REACH therapists work on each client’s therapeutic goals, which are designed to address the individual needs of the client and are recorded on the client’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and based on clinical assessments of the client’s strengths and needs.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is provided for individuals in need of mental health therapeutic services.

Family Counseling

Family counseling is provided to families and may include a focus on both the individuals within the family and the family system as a whole.

Group Counseling

Group counseling is provided to increase functioning in individuals and to assist clients in the management of symptoms that are more effectively addressed within the group process.

REACH understands that many of our clients have complex mental health needs and need services beyond traditional outpatient treatment. REACH’s Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment and Case Management services link clients and their families to resources in the community, including: crisis support, safe housing, employment exploration, medical care, and family support. The ultimate goal of REACH’s case management services is to increase self-sufficiency and opportunities for success.

REACH’s child and adolescent Day Treatment Program is an intensive outpatient service focused on improving the quality of life of children and adolescents through intensive, structured, goal-oriented interventions.

Many psychiatric conditions have their beginnings early in life. Diagnosing and treating ill children and young people are very important for the quality of the lives ahead of them.  Our Psychiatric Program integrates pharmacological management with therapeutic care.

Our Residential Program provides a safe, supportive environment for our residents to live with respect and dignity while they pursue treatment with our 24 hour caring staff.
